Retail & Brand Launch .

Uncommon (in partnership with The New Garde) wanted to build buzz around the launch of the new retail space by giving fans the chance to shop and win a glow up  – before opening to the public. The core challenge was in introducing a new brand, business and location all at once, with the need to immediately support designer sales and create successful email direct marketing campaigns to remain familiar and exciting.

When I create a project I start with bringing on people think outside the box and dig deeper to create individual, aesthetically stunning solutions for our clients. For this particular concept I called upon  Ashley Conway (in USA) for photography and Laura Richter from Obscurio.co for Brand development and accompanying colateral design. 

Strategy

To get started, we implemented a comprehensive, multi-departmental project management process with so that we could deliver all facets of the launch and branding on time. Our strategy focused on brand creation, eCommerce and retail conventions, customer relations online and a preliminary rollout plan for all participating vendors.

Execution

With a strategic plan in-hand, we dove into the execution phase which included crafting the new Uncommon brand creating messaging and writing the press release, design website, produce the imagery, optimising SEO, physical store visual merchandising, integrating Ecommerce and Point of Sale tech,  advertising campaigns and database generation.
