Just Country wanted to bring on a designer that had a background in Australian rural lifestyle as well as technical abilities to re-pattern and refine the sizing specs of all products while also generating new styles and providing tech-packs, spec drawings and formalising labelling and tag artwork providing a premium fit and more efficient communications and sampling process. The core challenge was in formalising the process as to no interfere with sales agenda and strict timelines.

Strategy
Assess technical requirements and be are responsible for developing new colourways and improve existing styles so that the company can meet customers’ needs more effectively. Collaborate with marketing, technical and manufacturing team members throughout the product-development process.
Execution
After determining which styles needed immediate work, we set about perfecting the fit. Then generating a body measurement and congruent garment measurement. New tech packs created, new winter styles generated to complement the new streamlined sizing and fit.
