Matilda & Clancy.

Matilda & Clancy is a dynamic brand, selling kick-ass quality swimwear for kids, and championing regional, rural and remote communities in the process. Tasked with managing the full scope of operations set up, print development and factory communication while overseeing product design, branding and marketing process from conception through to launch. Directing content creation from photoshoot concepts to securing talent and initiating commercial output or product and creative. The core challenge was maintaining multi departmental timelines leading into sales agenda through COVID19 while forming creative solutions for revised budgets, logistics and promotional planning.  Today, From the bush to the beach, Matilda & Clancy is ready for it all: using top-tier recycled fabrics, with sustainability, readiness for play and sun protection at the forefront.

The ability to execute the vision is what sets me apart.

Developing an idea into a concept through to launch is design lead with every intention of that vision being picked up by a customer base.  Presenting creative and cost-effective solutions by fast and accurate development of products and processes.  I will help you develop processes and aesthetics that will excite customers and convert into sales.

Strategy

Assess creative and technical requirements, oversee and be responsible for sourcing fabrics and trim to visualise products and ranges with clarity. Coordinate the marketing team, technical and manufacturing team members throughout the product-development process ready for launch.

Execution

After determining which styles needed to be developed, I set about coordinating the sourcing and design room team. Then overseeing departmental timelines while ensuring creative vision was met through copywriting, style development, exemplified through photography and lookbook output for both retail and wholesale clientele.

Wholesale and E-commerce

Manage the brand and website launch and ensure wholesale content was accurate and imagery met branding standards and distribute print and digital collateral.
